Response Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide information about how we will process your request. We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. When submitting a request through an authorized agent, we may require written permission from you that the authorized agent can act on your behalf and verification of your own identity directly with us.
